This paper presents a methodology for the sizing and preliminary analysis of Multi-Prop UAVs. The is founded on design trends that emerge from vast unique database has been collected such vehicles. includes geometry parameters, components’ weight, power required, flight performance estimation. For given mission, enables optimization specific configuration either minimal weight or dimensions. As opposed to low-order relatively simple analyses are typically used in early stages, results presented this include correlations within existing flying configurations and, therefore, contain many constraints only during advanced stages process.
